How far in advance
should I book our event?
We suggest booking your date(s) as early as possible so
you can
choose from our availability and so there is time to coordinate
details.
What type of
space/area must we provide?
A clear area that can be
easily accessed by our staff. Ground size
will be determined by the size of the screen rented. Areas must be
relatively flat and free of any aerial or underground obstructions.
Does Mobile
Movie Nights license the movie?
No, as we are the equipment
provider for your event. The end user or
"host" is responsible to meet all licensing requirements. We
provide
you the information needed to legally license a movie.
What about
area lighting?
A completely dark area will
provide the most vibrant picture. All lights
in the surrounding area should be able to be turned off.
